If you are involved in sports, either as a player, a coach, or a fan, you come to realize pretty quickly that Wide World of Sports hit a home run when they described the emotion of sport as "the thrill of victory, and the agony of defeat". The photographs in this section are meant to show just that...how thrilling victory can be...and how agonizing it can be to lose.
